A Celebrity

Trav's roommate from college came to visit us (actually he was interviewing for a residency position at OSU but we like to think that we are cool enough to visit). You all would have thought he was a celebrity. Every few minutes the boys were asking if Craig was here yet?...and whose bed was he sleeping in?...and was he going to live with us now?...and does he like Star Wars?...and can he sit by me at dinner?...and is he going to drive in our car with us?...

Well the secret is out now that Travis and I feel pretty much the same way...can Craig live by us?...can Craig be in our ward?...we really want Craig and Jessie to come to Columbus for residency. Is it against the "friendship rules" to pray that Craig doesn't get his first...or even his second choice in the match? Craig think...BUCKEYE!!

I'm glad your boys liked having a visitor. I'll pray that he can come live by you because he's not my friend so that's not against any rules for me. So, there ya go...problem solved.

Fun to see a picture of Craig. He is just timeless. I think he is one of those people who will pretty much look the same when he is 50. :) You gotta love Craig. That's great that he got to go visit you!

Your song on here is TOTALLY what I've been thinking lately. Life really is better when we're together. Josh has been gone for a week, and we just have one more week to go. He's offshore Angola again. We really miss him. I have decided...well, I guess I decided this a long time ago, but I am reminded that I am not really a person who likes to be alone. I just always like to have a buddy. Rachel is a pretty good buddy, but really, her slobbery kisses just don't have the same effect for me. I like them, but ya' know.

It was fun to talk to you the other day. Thanks for calling. I just love you to the moon and back. Do you still say that? Did you get that from the book with Big Nutbrown Hare? I was reading that to Rachel the other day, and I noticed it said that. It finally clicked for me. I always thought you made it up. Well, maybe you did, and that author just heard you say it and copied you! :)

I love your blog!

Oops, I guess I posted twice. At least I figured out how to get my name on there this time instead of anonymous!
