Zucchini

We've got zucchini coming out our ears!!!

Zucchini Bread

Mix lightly but well:
2 beaten eggs
2/3 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 T. vanilla
2c. peeled & grated zucchini

Add & mix well:
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
3-4 c. flour
Bake in 2 greased &
floured pans.
1hr at 350 degrees.
