I wonder if the Beatles were singing about the early morning hours when one thinks, "My boys are leaving me alone for a few extra minutes so that I don't have to jump out of bed at 6:30am at the sound of the pitter-pattering feet." Scratch that, I am sure they were not.
Charlie came upstairs this morning as I was coming down to check on the silence with a nervous feeling in my stomach. I met him on the stairs. He was holding out a Cheerio saying, "Nack, nack (snack)." I came into the kitchen to find this.
Sadly, it didn't stop there. While I was cleaning up the "Nack", Isaac called down from upstairs, "Mom! Charlie's playing in the water in the bathroom." No pictures for this one. It's getting old. But seriously, it's only 8:30am!! I did just have a wonderful thought...today it Charlie's first day to go into the nursery at church. If we make it there...

i amazed that you were able to blog it so fast. It seems to me that when it rains it pours. Kids are never content with just disrupting one thing, it has to be many.
Sheesh just when grandma leaves look what happens. Hey at least you didn't have to feed him breakfast it sounds like he got his drink and cereal himself!
Well, with your mother in law just being there the floor was probably so clean all the kids could just eat breakfast there.
good luck at nursery Charlie. That is a wonderful day for a mother.
Let the games begin! Marshall is STILL like that at age 3! It's tiring. His favorite thing is still the toilet.
I thought Sundays were supposed to be the day of the week to rest. This afternoon I was thinking the same thing--it is way too quiet. I found Katie upstairs in the tub, fully clothed, washing herself with soap and also washing Madison who was outside the tub. At least my mess was a little cleaner!
