Every Monday night we have Family Home Evening. We make a weekly game plan, discuss family business, have dessert, sing songs, play games,and learn about something important (the gospel of Jesus Christ, safety, manners etc.).
Tonight when I opened the meeting I told the boys that I was glad they could all be there and said, "We would like to excuse dad. He is stuck at the hospital." Then I went on with the meeting.
A little while later Travis called to say goodnight to the boys. When it was Charlie's turn he put the phone up to his ear and said, "Hi dad! You are stuck. You need help." As Isaac and Theron love to tell everyone..."It was just a figure of speech!!"

Finally! Another post! I was almost panicking! That is too cute! You know I am one of Charlie's biggest fans so naturally I giggled. By the way, we had to excuse our father from FHE last night also. He too, was stuck. Something about a guy on a moped who was struck by a car. Ahem.
That is so funny!!! I'm going to see your dear Mother-in-Law on Sunday. We leave for Naperville in the morning but we're taking the drive in 2 days. Wish me luck!
Trey is always "stuck" at school. Yeah! It's finally summer... no more school until July. Then I won't see him for three years!
