Guys and Dolls: Thankful Chain

The boys are stoaked for the holidays. They have been asking mulitple times a day if today is Thanksgiving. (No.) Christmas? (No.) Tomorrow? (mmm..No.) We value our sanity so we made a thankful chain for family home evening this week. Each link of the chain has something that we are thankful for on it. There is one chain for each day until Thankgiving. Today (lucky me) we are thankful for me. We have already been thankful for dad, Isaac, and a job and have many more great things and people on each link. We have been so blessed and have so much to be thankful for.

Theron thinks...

--"I am so grossed out of this meat."
--"Dad, you can tie my feet together 'cause I'm tired of walking."
--"I need help. My shirt is inside outside."
--"Mmm, it tastes like lemonade french fries."
--"Some day, mommy, my tummy's going to be really fat."
--"Mom, my breath hurts."
--"Larry, did you know these are made in China. The Indians made them in China."
--“It’s a good thing our necks are so circle-y so we can swallow a bunch of noodles or...anything!”
--“Mom, if you look really closely up and stretch your neck you can look like a giraffe.”
--"It was much more fun when me and grandpa were together."
--"Mom, I wish you had the money job."
--"Isaac, I have an idea...when we start to fight, let's stop."
--“Daddy, coaches don’t like to be tickled.”
--“If I do sin, I think I’ll get destroyed.”
--“If I was Humpty Dumpty I would not fall off the wall.”
--“The password is bird poop forever.”
--“Hey, wait a second...you can’t hog all of it!”
--“Urg! This isn’t going very well!”

--"If today is Independence day then why didn't you let me choose my own clothes?"
--"He was supervising me. Supervise means boss."
--“Don’t say dumb. Dumb is a stupid bad word.”
--"My brain told me. I guess they are good for somethin' besides just sittin' up there."

--“Mom, wanna smell my arm pit? Does it smell boyish?”
--“I have a really good heart for things that you do for me.”
--“Mommy, girls aren’t boys. That’s the first thing about boys.”
--“Mommy, sometimes when I wear two underwears it keeps my pelvis warm.”
--“It’s annoying coughing a lot!”
